The update
According to the director, his motivation for the film stems from growing up watching mythological movies based on Indian epics without ever feeling fully satisfied by their visual presentation. He expressed a belief that past screen adaptations have failed to capture the true scale of the original epics, prompting him to explore better ways to bring these stories to the screen.
The production features Mahesh Babu in a starring role, alongside Priyanka Jonas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Prakash Raj in key parts. The film is being produced by KL Narayana and Karthikeya, with music composed by Keeravani.
